Responsibilities:
- Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents.
- Assisting in the preparation of cases for trial and attending court proceedings.
- Collaborating with senior attorneys to develop case strategies.
- Maintaining communication with clients and providing updates on case progress.
- Reviewing and analyzing legal documents and contracts.
- Participating in negotiations and settlement discussions.
- Staying current with developments in the law and updating legal knowledge.
- Managing multiple cases and meeting deadlines efficiently.
- Working with a team to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.
- Providing legal advice and guidance to clients under the supervision of senior attorneys.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to the state bar and in good standing.
- Strong research and writing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Commitment to providing high-quality legal services.
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
- Prior experience in a legal setting is preferred but not required.
